Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- Standard shipping: $4.99 for orders under $50
- Express shipping rates calculated at checkout
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@homenexshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Customs & Duties For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the buyer's responsibility
