Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return Email us at info@homenexshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@homenexshop.com
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
